FOR ARTLOVERS Who sets the pricing? The artist does. plARTform takes a fee for the service that accommodates the sales of the artwork. Artist will have guarantee that will get paid while Artlover can be sure that will receive the artwork or have the money back. Quarter of plARTform incomes are used for arts related charity. Is a certificate of authenticity provided? All artworks for sale on plARTform come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. The work I wanted is no longer available - can I commission a similar work? A number of our artists accept commissions so please get in touch if the work you want is no longer available. Are all the works on PlARTform available for purchase? Not always, as sometimes they have already been sold. If the work has been sold, this is indicated on the artwork page. Is framing available for all works? Not always. Depending on the artwork. Sometimes the artist has already chosen a frame, which we can send you a photo of. If the work is not framed, when you make a purchase, you can let us know that you want the work framed. We will make sure we find the right frame for you. Who is responsible for the cost of framing? When the artwork is already framed, then the frame is a part of the work and therefore included in the price. When the work is unframed, PlARTform offers framing at extra cost and you will be charged for this separately. What does the heart icon does? This symbol allows you to choose the artworks you love while you're on the site, so you can return later on and review them. You have to create account to make sure that your favorites are saved. How can I check the size of the artwork? The dimensions of the work are specified on the artwork page. To help you visualize the art we created a preview in a virtual living room to give you a better idea of the dimensions and “feel” of the work. How do I buy art on PlARTform? To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button "Add to cart" which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked 'Proceed', we have to check with the artist about artwork availability. We do not want to charge you before we are sure that the art is available. After that (within 24 hours) you will receive confirmation and we will ask you to proceed and choose your method of payment (card, Paypal, or bank transfers). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor. What are the accepted methods of payment? All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank transfer. What happens once the payment has been processed? Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you. We will inform you right away about availability and delivery times. The artist will arrange the best way for delivery to the address you provided. Is there a problem with your order confirmation? Do not hesitate to contact us at any time with any questions about payment, delivery or anything else. When will my credit card be charged? When you make an online payment to PlARTform, we receive pre-validation from your bank which confirms that the money is available in your account. When we confirm that the artwork is available then your credit card will be charged. Can I cancel my order? Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, please check our Shipping and Return Policy. We will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition. Return If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have 14 days to return the work after its delivery. Please check our Shipping and Return Policy. Once I place an order, how many days will it take to arrive? The artwork is typically shipped within three to five business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow six to ten more business days for transportation. In most of the cases, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. How artwork is shipped? The artwork is packaged very well to ensure safe delivery. Artist will send the art via common carriers. All artwork is shipped fully insured. Additionally, when uploading artwork you can select an option and let customer make you an offer. What do I need to get started? Is there a cost to join plARTform? All you need is a registration to plARTform. There is no initial fee or costs to you. There is a 18% commission and 18 EUR administrative (transactional) fee added to your price. This covers the credit card fees, administrative costs, advertising and such associated with the sell. How many pieces of artwork I can upload? You can present and upload as many works as you want. Our only requirement is to have four artwork (minimum) in your gallery. How do I get paid? Earnings are paid out after the Artlovers 14 days withdraw period finishes. Who handles the shipping and customer service? Artists have to handle packing, shipping and transport insurance of theirs artwork. The artist will be paid for the transport costs after a Artlover transfers the money to plARTform. plARTform will handle all customer services, inquiries and payments. Will I know who my customers are? You'll have customer information and delivery address on every order placed on your dashboard. How do I know when my artwork is sold? What do I do once it is sold? Once your artwork is sold, you will receive an email notifying you of the sale and giving you further instructions. Three to five days later, you have to send the work to the client. You have to pay for the packaging and shipping, but the transport costs will be covered once we receive the payment from the Artlover. When I get paid for sold artwork? We send you the money after artwork is delivered to the client and withdraw period of 14 days has passed Do I need to sign my artwork? All artwork should be signed. It is important in identifying you as the creator. Do I have to sell framed artwork? We prefer to sell artwork unframed as clients tend to like to frame their purchases themselves. If your artworks cannot be delivered in tubes, we would like to sell your art in basic frame. If the Artlover wants some specific frames, we are certainly willing to consider it. What makes plARTform different from the other online galleries? plARTform is not in the business to exploit artist from Eastern Europe but to expose their work to as many potential Artlovers in the Nordic courtiers as possible. Clients are not simply buying a piece of art – they are buying you. It is important to tell your story. How long does it take to get approved? After you register it can take up to 3 business days for your profile to get approved. We can call you or send you an e-mail once your registration as an artist is approved. The works are packaged by the artist and follow a standardized packaging process. We confirm the packaging with the artist before shipping and take care to make sure the work is properly protected. How long does delivery take? After the payment has been processed, organizing the shipment will take from three to five business days on average. Then you need to wait a week for the artwork to arrive. This may vary depending on the artist's availability, potential framing of a work and the distance between the artist's studio and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated. Who takes care of the delivery? The Artist. Which countries do we deliver to? We can deliver everywhere, but at the moment we are focused on the Nordic European Countries. Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery - even if you do not live in Northern Europe. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are included in the final price and you will see them before you pay. Is the delivery of the artwork insured? Yes. plARTform organizes and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs. If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time? Each work is shipped by the artist. So if the two works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances).If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different. Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person? We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know. Returns You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know for your withdraw. Then you have to organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist. In the case of returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work. The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do? Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together. According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. Who pays for return costs? The Artlover. How does the refund work?
