I was born and spent most of my life in Lithuania, and now I live and work in Belarus, in Minsk.
I have always been interested in art as an expression of the sublime and intuitive. For me, painting is existentially important as a process itself and I cannot do without it – it is my therapy in its most direct sense. Painting connects me with an endless source of integrity within that delights. This is the way, which teaches me to trust myself and endlessly seek and open new horizons and verticals. A human passes part of his life blindly – he or she can only guess where and how he or she will be brought. I never know exactly what the result will be. Chaotic patterns, fusion of colors, effects of layers ... As the result, the painting suggests the world in itself, and we look at ourselves. These are the consequences of actions, which we are far from always able to predict. In reality, there are not always to find possible solutions. I often use the round shape, but not only. Why a circle? – This is the most correct and perfect form that symbolizes unity, infinity and integrity. This is a great and limitless universe.
